Evidence
Family Court Act (FCT) CHAPTER 686, ARTICLE 8, PART 3
§ 834. Evidence. Only competent, material and relevant evidence may be
admitted in a fact-finding hearing; only material and relevant evidence
may be admitted in a dispositional hearing.
