    Confidentiality of statements

    Family Court Act (FCT) CHAPTER 686, ARTICLE 9, PART 1

    § 915. Confidentiality of statements. All statements made in
    proceedings under this article are confidential and shall not be
    admissible in evidence in any subsequent proceeding or action.
