    SECTION 111

    Issue of non-negotiable warehouse receipt not so marked

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 9

    § 111. Issue of non-negotiable warehouse receipt not so marked. Any
    person who with intent to defraud issues or aids in issuing a
    non-negotiable warehouse receipt without the words "not negotiable"
    placed plainly upon the face thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
