    Rulemaking authority

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 45-A

    * § 1524. Rulemaking authority. The attorney general shall promulgate
    such rules and regulations as are necessary to effectuate and enforce
    the provisions of this article.

    * NB Effective on the 180th day after the office of the attorney
    general shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to effectuate
    the provisions of this act (see chapter 689 of 2025 § 5)
