    Rulemaking authority

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 45-B

    * § 1544. Rulemaking authority. The attorney general may promulgate
    any other such rules and regulations as are necessary to effectuate and
    enforce the provisions of this article.
