Agent to transmit through principal
General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 10-B
§ 161. Agent to transmit through principal. No such agent so
authorized shall transmit any money received for transmission by him
through any person, firm or corporation other than through the principal
from whom such agent has duly received authority.
