    Action to restrain and prevent

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 13-B

    § 239-b. Action to restrain and prevent. The attorney-general may
    bring an action in the name and in behalf of the people of the state
    against any appraiser, to restrain and prevent a violation of this
    article, wherever the same may have been made.
