Penalties
General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 3
§ 27. Penalties. Any person who violates or does not comply with the
provisions of section twenty-five hereof, or any auctioneer or person
engaged in the business of selling goods at auction who shall fail,
neglect or refuse to permit or allow an inspection as required by
section twenty-six hereof of the book, which he is required to keep
according to the provisions of section twenty-five hereof, shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor.
