Assistance of police officer or constable
General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 17
§ 274. Assistance of police officer or constable. Any person
authorized by this article to seize and take into his or her possession
any such cans may, in case of resistance, call to his or her aid any
police officer or constable of the town, village or city who shall when
so called on assist him or her in seizing or taking possession of such
