    SECTION 325

    Prohibiting the use of petroleum well casings and pipes for transporting potable water

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 20-A

    § 325. Prohibiting the use of petroleum well casings and pipes for
    transporting potable water. No person shall construct a water well which
    is to be used to convey or transport a potable water supply using
    petroleum well casings and pipes.
