Judicial review
General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 28
§ 443. Judicial review. The action of the secretary of state in
suspending, revoking or refusing to issue or renew a license or
certificate or imposing any fine or reprimand upon the holder thereof
may be reviewed by a proceeding brought under and pursuant to article
seventy-eight of the civil practice law and rules.
