Injunctive relief
General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 29-A
§ 513. Injunctive relief. Whenever the attorney general has reason to
believe that any violation of this article is a continuous practice, he
may apply to the supreme court in any county wherein any such violation
occurred for the purpose of restraining and enjoining the continuance of
such violations.
