    SECTION 598

    Penalty for violation

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 29-G

    § 598. Penalty for violation. A wilfull refusal to issue such receipt
    when requested by said customer, shall constitute an offense punishable
    by a fine not to exceed twenty-five dollars.
