    Definitions

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 29-GG

    § 599. Definitions. Traffic control devices mean all signs, signals,
    markings and devices not inconsistent with the vehicle and traffic law
    placed or erected by authority of a public body or official having
    jurisdiction for the purpose of regulating, warning or guiding traffic.
