    Penalties

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 29-GG

    § 599-c. Penalties. A violation of the provisions of section five
    hundred ninety-nine-a of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of
    not less than one hundred dollars and not to exceed one thousand
    dollars.
