Violations
General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 31
§ 658. Violations. Any membership campground operator or his agents,
employees or assignees who violate any provision of this article shall
be liable for a civil penalty of not more than ten thousand dollars for
each such violation.
