    Deceptive acts and practices

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 36-E

    * § 778-ccc. Deceptive acts and practices. Any person in this state
    who enters into or causes a consumer to enter into an unfair real estate
    service agreement shall be considered to have violated section three
    hundred forty-nine of this chapter.
