    SECTION 801

    Judicial review

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 37-A

    § 801. Judicial review. The action of the secretary pursuant to a
    hearing in refusing to grant or to renew a certificate of registration
    or a temporary certificate of registration, in revoking or suspending
    such registration or imposing a civil penalty, shall be subject to
    review by the supreme court in the manner provided in article
    seventy-eight of the civil practice law and rules.
