    Penalties

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 37-A

    § 804. Penalties. Any person found to have engaged in the dispensing
    of hearing aides or in the business of dispensing hearing aids without
    being registered pursuant to this article shall be guilty of a class A
    misdemeanor.
