Repayment
General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 39-H
* § 899-fff. Repayment. The repayment of the funded amount plus
charges to be paid to the consumer litigation funding company by the
consumer shall be a predetermined amount based upon intervals of time
from the funding date through the resolution date, and shall not be
determined as a percentage of the recovery from the legal claim.
