    SECTION 99

    Issue of bill of lading containing false statement

    General Business (GBS) CHAPTER 20, ARTICLE 9

    § 99. Issue of bill of lading containing false statement. Any officer,
    agent, or servant of a common carrier, who with intent to defraud issues
    or aids in issuing a bill of lading for goods knowing that it contains
    any false statement, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
