    Exemption of Corporations Owned by a Municipality

    General City Model 772/66 (GCM) CHAPTER 772, PART 5

    § 65. Exemption of Corporations Owned by a Municipality. The
    provisions of this part shall not apply to any corporation all of the
    capital stock of which is owned by a municipal corporation of this
    state.
