    Three coat work required on lath

    General City (GCT) CHAPTER 21, ARTICLE 4-A

    § 61. Three coat work required on lath. All plastering in tenements,
    apartments, hospitals, schools and other public buildings when on lath
    shall be known as three coat work, namely, scratch coat, brown coat and
    finish.
