    Jurisdiction of state agencies

    General Municipal (GMU) CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 5-B

    § 117. Jurisdiction of state agencies. Nothing contained in this
    article shall be held to alter or abridge the powers and duties of the
    state department of health or of the water power and control commission
    over water supply matters.
