    SECTION 144

    Parks, playgrounds and libraries to be free

    General Municipal (GMU) CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 7

    § 144. Parks, playgrounds and libraries to be free. All parks,
    playgrounds and libraries existing under this article shall be free and
    open to the public for use and enjoyment, subject only to such
    reasonable rules and regulations as the trustees from time to time shall
    adopt and promulgate.
