SECTION 223
Duty of supervisor
General Municipal (GMU) CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 12
§ 223. Duty of supervisor. Such proportionate share of moneys
collected as provided in section two hundred and twenty-one of this
article shall be paid by the supervisor of the town wherein collected to
the railroad commissioners of the town or towns from which such
territory shall have been detached, and such commissioners shall use
such moneys for the payment of the bonds issued in the same manner as
they are required to use the moneys raised in their own town.
