    Rules and regulations of commissioner

    General Municipal (GMU) CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 15

    § 518. Rules and regulations of commissioner. The commissioner shall
    have the power to make, promulgate, modify, amend and repeal rules and
    regulations to effectuate his powers and duties under this article. No
    such rule or regulation shall be effective until it is filed in the
    office of the department of state.
