Registration of electors
General Municipal (GMU) CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 17-A, TITLE 2
§ 771. Registration of electors. No new registration of electors shall
be necessary in case of consolidation, but all elector registrations of
the component local government entities shall be transferred to the
proper registration books of the consolidated local government entity,
and new registrations shall be made as provided by law as if no
consolidation had taken place.
