    Definition of "transfer

    General Obligations (GOB) CHAPTER 24-A, ARTICLE 13, TITLE 1

    § 13-109. Definition of "transfer." As used in sections 13-101,
    13-103, 13-105 and 13-107, the term "transfer" includes sale,
    assignment, conveyance, deed and gift.
