    SECTION 15-110

    Inconsistent laws repealed

    General Obligations (GOB) CHAPTER 24-A, ARTICLE 15, TITLE 1

    § 15-110. Inconsistent laws repealed. All acts or parts of acts
    inconsistent with this title are hereby repealed; but nothing in this
    title shall be construed as repealing any of the provisions of the civil
    practice law and rules or the partnership law.
