    Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the "Thomas C

    Highway (HAY) CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE 12

    * § 343-c. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the
    "Thomas C. Rotondo, Jr. Memorial Bridge". The bridge crossing the New
    York state barge canal on the Lockport Bypass between State Road and
    Ohio Street in the city of Lockport shall be designated and known as the
    "Thomas C. Rotondo, Jr. Memorial Bridge".
