    SECTION 343-H

    Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the "POW-MIA Memorial Highway"

    Highway (HAY) CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE 12

    § 343-h. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the
    "POW-MIA Memorial Highway". All that portion of the state highway system
    located in Richmond county constituting route 278 from the Goethals
    bridge to the Verrazzano-Narrows bridge (Staten Island Expressway) shall
    be designated and known as the "POW-MIA Memorial Highway".
