    Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the "Peter C

    Highway (HAY) CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE 12

    * § 343-q. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the
    "Peter C. Furnari Memorial Bridge". The bridge across Wappingers lake on
    state route 9 in the town of Wappingers Falls, county of Dutchess, shall
    be designated and known as the "Peter C. Furnari Memorial Bridge".
