* § 343-x. Portion of state highway system to be designated as the
"Officer Aldo Rossi Junior Memorial Highway". All that portion of the
state highway system constituting New York state route seven in the
village of Port Dickinson, county of Broome, beginning at the northern
boundary of the city of Binghamton, continuing northerly to its
intersection with interstate route eighty-eight in or about the town of
Fenton, also in the county of Broome, shall be designated and known as
the "Officer Aldo Rossi Junior Memorial Highway".
