    * § 343-yy. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as
    the "New York State Trooper Kevin P. Dobson, Sr. Memorial Bridge". The
    bridge on interstate two-hundred ninety which crosses New York route
    four hundred twenty-five in the town of Tonawanda, county of Erie, the
    "New York State Trooper Kevin P. Dobson, Sr. Memorial Bridge".
