    SECTION 349

    Application of chapter

    Highway (HAY) CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE 12-A

    § 349. Application of chapter. All the provisions of this chapter
    relating to state highways and not inconsistent with the provisions of
    this article shall apply to the construction or improvement and the
    control and maintenance of state thruways in the same manner as though
    they were designated as state highways.
