    Misleading statements

    Insurance (ISC) CHAPTER 28, ARTICLE 22

    § 2208. Misleading statements. Every person who has been certified
    pursuant to the provisions of this article shall be subject to sections
    two thousand one hundred twenty-two, two thousand one hundred
    twenty-three and two thousand one hundred twenty-seven of this chapter.
