    Rules and regulations

    Insurance (ISC) CHAPTER 28, ARTICLE 27

    § 2710. Rules and regulations. The superintendent, by regulation,
    shall provide for the implementation of the provisions of this article
    and for facilitating, monitoring and verifying compliance with this
    article.
