§ 181. Surrogate's court, New York county; expenses. The surrogates of
New York county, not later than the first day of February in each year,
shall submit to the director of the budget of the city of New York an
estimate of the requirements for current expenses of their office and
court for the ensuing fiscal year. Such estimate shall contain a
statement of each of the salaries of the officers, clerks, attendants,
employees and subordinates in such office and court.
