    SECTION 291

    Qualifications of stenographers

    Judiciary (JUD) CHAPTER 30, ARTICLE 9

    § 291. Qualifications of stenographers. A person shall not be
    appointed to the office of stenographer, unless he is skilled in the
    stenographic art.
