    SECTION 303-A

    Assignment of stenographers

    Judiciary (JUD) CHAPTER 30, ARTICLE 9

    § 303-a. Assignment of stenographers. Stenographers of the county
    court or surrogate's court may serve in either of said courts with the
    consent and under the direction of the respective judges thereof.
