    Impeachment to be delivered to president of the senate

    Judiciary (JUD) CHAPTER 30, ARTICLE 13-A

    § 415. Impeachment to be delivered to president of the senate. When
    an officer of the state is impeached by the assembly, the articles of
    impeachment must be delivered to the president of the senate.
