    Adoption of resolution

    Judiciary (JUD) CHAPTER 30, ARTICLE 13-A

    § 424. Adoption of resolution. On the adoption of the resolution, by a
    majority of the members present, who voted on the question of acquittal
    or conviction, it becomes the judgment of the court.
