    SECTION 499-J

    Effect

    Judiciary (JUD) CHAPTER 30, ARTICLE 15-A

    § 499-j. Effect. The powers, duties, and functions of the state
    commission on prosecutorial conduct shall not supersede the powers and
    duties of the governor as outlined in section thirteen of article
    thirteen of the New York state constitution.
