Appointment of consultation clerks in third and fourth departments
Judiciary (JUD) CHAPTER 30, ARTICLE 4
§ 97. Appointment of consultation clerks in third and fourth
departments. The presiding justice of the appellate division of the
supreme court in each of the third and fourth departments, with the
approval of the other justices of said department, shall have power to
appoint and remove a consultation clerk, who shall be an expert
stenographer.
