§ 358. Revocation or suspension of permits and certificates. The
commissioner may revoke or suspend the permit of any employer or any
homeworker's certificate for a violation by such employer or by any
person named in such certificate, of the terms of such permit or
certificate, or of any provision of this chapter or of any regulation
made by the commissioner, or for non-compliance with an order issued by
the commissioner, within the time specified in such order.
