    Penalties

    Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 15, TITLE 4

    § 436. Penalties. Violation of or noncompliance with any provision of
    this article shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less
    than two hundred and fifty dollars or by imprisonment for one year or by
    both.
