    SECTION 633

    Wilful failure to pay contributions

    Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 18, TITLE 9

    § 633. Wilful failure to pay contributions. Any person who wilfully
    refuses or fails to pay a contribution to the fund shall be guilty of a
    misdemeanor.
