Farm workers; mandatory work agreements

§ 673-a. Farm workers; mandatory work agreements. Notwithstanding the
provisions of any general, special or local law, rule or regulation to
the contrary, for the purpose of notifying each employee, in writing, of
the conditions of employment every employer shall utilize the farm work
agreement prescribed by the commissioner.
