    Repeal of inconsistent provisions

    Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 20

    § 712. Repeal of inconsistent provisions. Insofar as the provisions of
    this article are inconsistent with the provisions of any other general,
    special or local law, the provisions of this article shall be
    controlling.
